On the menu: our famous Feta Fire dip, a glass of Assyrtico (a delicious, light Greek wine) and Sheet Pan Salmon with a Greek Salsa (that can also double as a dip!). We also prepped lunch in our favorite @wandpdesign Porter bowls for the next day: Greek Salad with Salmon.
