  • Baking sheet


  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds washed, dried

Everything But The Bagel

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning


  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Β½ tsp cumin
  • Β½ tsp sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne

Cinnamon & Sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1Β½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix pumpkin seeds with desired seasonings and baking according to times listed below.
  • Enjoy!
