Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds washed, dried

Everything But The Bagel

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Spicy

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne

Cinnamon & Sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix pumpkin seeds with desired seasonings and baking according to times listed below.
  • Enjoy!

Everything But The Bagel

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Spicy

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Cinnamon & Sugar

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
