Harrisa Chicken Pita
- 1 whole wheat pita cut in half and toasted
- 1 leftover harissa chicken breast shredded
- ½ cup leftover harissa onions
- Sliced cucumbers
- Mixed lettuce
- Tzatziki sauce
- Toast pita and cut in half
- Stuff pita with tzatziki, lettuce, sliced cucumbers, onions and shredded chicken
