Lunch doesn’t need to be complicated! We love to throw together a simple snack lunch bento box with sweet and savory bites. We’ve paired sweet apple with turkey slices, served alongside fruit and veggies.
This is a great way to use up leftovers or to make simple ingredients become a full meal. For this snack lunch bento box we made easy apple turkey wraps. On the side we added fresh carrots and celery, whole grain crackers, and a little dessert of strawberries and dark chocolate chips.
This lunch is high in antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin A. These bento boxes are fun to put together and totally customizable based on what you have at home.
Snack Lunch Bento Box
Simplify lunch time with this apple turkey snack lunch bento box. Quick to prepare and full of fruits and veggies, bento boxes are always a winner.
- Bento box
- apples slices
- 2 ounces of turkey slices
- celery sticks
- baby carrots
- 1 serving whole grain crackers
- dark chocolate chips
- Wash and slice apple. Wrap turkey slice around each apple slice. Place in individual compartment. Add carrots and celery.
- Place one serving of whole grain crackers to a small compartment of the bento and one serving of strawberries and dark chocolate chips in the other small compartment.
