Spiced & Roasted Pumpkin Seeds – 3 Ways
Pumpkin seeds roasted with delicious spices for a simple, nutritious snack.
Equipment
- Baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds washed, dried
Everything But The Bagel
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Spicy
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- pinch of cayenne
Cinnamon & Sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix pumpkin seeds with desired seasonings and baking according to times listed below.
- Enjoy!
