Green Goddess Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives or scallions 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
