You’ll learn to prepare one of our favorite warming meals from our new winter e-cookbook: Ginger Chicken Meatball Soup. During class, we will also do some meal prep so that you can re-purpose your meatballs for the best leftover lunch – our Ginger Chicken Meatball Bowl.
Led by two registered dietitians, you will also learn the benefits of the foods you are eating as well as cooking tips that will make preparing healthy meals at home simpler and more fun!
