This year, our mission is to help more people discover the benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Healthy eating starts in the kitchen. To get you back in yours this year, we’ve launched a new winter e-cookbook with 20+ easy and healthy recipes.

Our e-cookbook includes:

  • 20+ breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes (+ a few super quick & easy meals using Trader Joe’s staples!)
  • Recipes that come together quickly, including several sheet pan and one-pot meals!
  • Nutrient-dense, delicious and satisfying meals that promote longevity, reduce the risk for chronic disease and support maintenance of a healthy weight

**Recipes can all be adjusted easily based on dietary constraints and preferences (i.e. gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.)
