Instructions
Place ½ cup cooked quinoa in each bowl.
Top with arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced chicken.
Add tzatziki, lemon and drizzle with olive oil.
Garnish with your choice of kalamata olives, parsley, mint and/or feta.
