Kefir Overnight Oats with Berries, Coconut and Chia Seeds
We have taken our favorite overnight oats recipe and used kefir for a gut-friendly boost. Topped with berries and coconut, this is a great sweet, low-sugar breakfast option.
Topping: Strawberries and blueberries or your favorite fruit

Instructions
Place the rolled oats, kefir, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut and cinnamon in a mason jar and stir to combine. Cover with lid and seal. Place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
In the morning, divide between bowls and top with berries. Enjoy!
