Instructions
Whisk together lemon vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine quinoa, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and tuna in a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
Serve over greens alongside green beans. Top with feta.
