Ingredients
 

  • 1 whole wheat pita cut in half and toasted
  • 1 leftover harissa chicken breast shredded
  • ½ cup leftover harissa onions
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Mixed lettuce
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Toast pita and cut in half
  • Stuff pita with tzatziki, lettuce, sliced cucumbers, onions and shredded chicken
  • Enjoy!
