Mediterranean Fruit Salad with Mint Recipe
This Mediterranean Fruit Salad with Mint is a refreshing addition to any meal. This salad calls for berries, cantaloupe, grapes, and a little lime. You can get creative and add in your favorite fruit too!

Ingredients
 

Fruit

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup grapes sliced

Dressing

  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, place all of the fruit.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mint dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can customize the salad with any additional fruit you have on hand.
